  1. Aurora version — Found in the app’s settings
  2. Device model — iPhone 15, iPad Air, etc.
  3. iOS version — e.g., iOS 18.0
  4. Game name and engine — The game you’re having trouble with (XP/VX/VX Ace/MV/MZ)
  5. Steps to reproduce — What you did before the issue occurred
  6. Logs — If available, from the game’s log viewer
  7. Screenshots — If the issue is visual
